The course is difficult. Lectures are just graphs, then when they assess you, they will ask complex questions and mark extremely hard. If you dont mention key words, but still manage to describe it correctly, they will give u no marks.. so you will basically fail every assessment- but the challenge is, where are the key words? The lecturers are quite lazy and will not put them anywhere on the slides and will mention it on a side note.
Also, do not take this course without prior knoweldge in statistics..
Be prepared for a course that marks extremely hard, and for the class averages to be 8/30 for almost every individual assessment.
A pretty okay course. They make the requirements really clear, and the tutors are really great at making things a bit easier. Make sure you prepare for the tutorials and you will be fine for participation marks. Make sure you get a good group for pracs, because you work with them on assignments, which can be pretty tricky if you were to get a bad group.
Relatively easy if you stay on top of everything and pay attention in lectures.
Clear on what you need to know for the final- no curve balls.
Assignments can be a bit tricky
Some pracs can be challenging to know exactly what they want
