The thing that irritated me about this course and lecturer is that it had the potential to be fun and informative - but fell on its face when I realized the lectures were directly out of the assigned textbook (with barely any extra info), meaning there was no need to come to class. I did anyway until I also learned that the lecturer only likes explaining things once, and any asking for clarification will get you a condescending look and tone.
I appreciated her clear and simple slides that make study easy... but points taken away for being unapproachable after the first time and making me feel stupid for asking questions about the finer points of subject matter. I hope I was just unlucky and caught her on bad days.
Great lecturer who is able to explain things well. She is very suited for teaching as she has a good speaking pace accompanied by a very large vocabulary.
I also had her as a tutor and that only served to increase the experience I had with Kate.
