Great course. Extremely relatable to jobs in the real world. Lecturer is enthusiastic about what he teaches and provides heaps of assistance and support. Truly believe he wants everyone to do well. Highly Recommend!
This guy is an alright lecturer, but he is really bad when it comes to being merciful with students. He somehow gave me a third of a mark, and that is all I needed to get a 7 in the course. He refused to give it to me. He also accused me of plagiarism for one of the assignments, which was later proven to be bullshit (because it was).
Do not recommend taking ECON3220 because you'll have him.
Pretty good at explaining things but he is a bit of an ass when you deal with him. He has no regard for the individual student and instead focuses on the whole student body. If you need to deal with him through email, may god have mercy on your soul.
Easily the worst lecturer I have had at UQ due entirely to the way he deals with student issues.
